My point is that with Level 6 Barbs and Archers available at Townhall 9, which are the first troops available in the game, Level 7 is the next upgrade at Town hall 10. Pekkas are not available until Town Hall 8 so obviously upgrades are going to be doubled for later levels. Come on guys its common sense.
