so untill the lava has its place protecting stars in war will be tricky

It will add more variety - sure. But I dont think this troop will allow you to 3 star a previously 2 star type base...just offer a different way to get 2 stars...

By the way, a large number of players use drags in war. IMO, those that are good with gowipe will get a better, more consistent result than those using hounds and air support...some well placed black bombs and the hound hits the ground

I am the same way. No elixer upgrades and I set my elixer on the outside a majority of the time. I stopped putting it outside so that I would be guaranteed to have full storages the second that the update came out. I plan on starting a Dark Barrack upgrading, cashing in my clan castle, and then raiding till full so I can up my archers.

I thought you were complaining about getting everything taken as I see it constantly on here and in game.

As for the penalty at Town Hall 10, I only noticed it for the first few weeks. Once my infernos were done and my troops were up to speed then it was better raiding than it had ever been before.
