I think what happened was when they merged James's thread it added his poll. To fix that they had to lock it in order to do their fixing

From the rock "skull" thing on top of the barracks it definitely looks cat like to me. You can see from the pic where it's hiding behind the rock that it has that wide lion like nose. I'm thinking some kind of lava lion or something. Maybe tiger...but definitely feline.
