If Galadon Said "What Can Top The Golem" Why On EARTH Would They Make Golem LVL6..

This is not the new troop, but lvl 6 GOLEM. When the Golem dies, it explodes "in fireworks". The new troop will not be revealed in the sneak-peaks.

I would agree with this. It definitely looks like a Golum so this sneak peak likely has nothing to do with the new dark troop...

I doubt it'll be a troop that specifically targets inferno towers, that would be a bad concept. Infernos are usually hidden deep inside a base, so the troop would waste the whole raid not attacking anything because it would be smashing walls to get in.
