    EXACTLY. The only important difference is the status and the looks, just like from level 5 to level 6.

    Common oversight. Nobody forces you to farm either. The problem isn't what you do, active players will likely dump elixir. The common TH8 and Th9s that used to have an abundance of elixir will no longer have anything in the storages much like Gold today. So instead, everyone will try to look for the rare inactive base, there won't be enough to go around as SC puts them into the deep black hole queue.

    People don't realize it, but farming for high level walls just got more difficult with this upcoming update. Elixir is the life blood of the game, without elixir you cannot build troops or build spells which translates to bad farming. TH9 will be hit the hardest, from having abundance of elixir to having not much of anything as TH10s will come down the trophy leagues looking for TH9s with the pink stuff. You'll find the lower THs emptying their storages(on walls, and leaving a bare minimum of 500K of each) before logging off so that even if they get raided, they don't lose any resources.

    Resources in Gold 2'are surprisingly good for th9's lately.


    And yeah, if a base winds up that way, you're right, they're inactive.
    300-400k of each. But yes, I do approach 100 nexts sometimes (definitely not all the time, but often enough that I look at my gold lost to nexting). This is at 2600+ btw.

    Everybody gets really upset about the walls thing... Just wait! Sure than SC had think about anything before bringing this to the game... Even if they don't, it's not the last update. Like they did with the Hogs, they can ajust everything

    New townhall 9's will have a huge problem, their lab upgrades need 6mill plus, not to say about lab spell fac etc. let's hope they'll improve economy to maintain the loot flow.

    I just don't see why SC should so casually mess with something as vital to the game as it's economy. New Barchers, that's fine. It gives people some motivation to give up the good loot and go to TH 10. But messing with the economy puts the fun of the entire game at risk.

    I'd personally rather just see a new clan promotion level. Something with more prestige than Elder and less power than Co. But that isn't going to get anybody gemming, and neither are the masses going to clamor for it.

    Oh, well. Plenty of updates have come and gone and the game is still fun and will continue to be, until it's not.
    Except your idea for a new clan promotion does nothing to fix loot either, so in the end even if you got what you wanted would you still be on the forums chastising SC? This is not the end of the update they've obviously studied the situation a lot more than you have.

    Uhm yeah i'm pretty sure they've looked into what goes on in their game, or else they would have stopped updating and supporting it a long time ago. They know more about the issues and how to fix them than you i'm sure of that. In the end though you can't please everyone there will always be naysayers and complainers. Gold has not just up an dissappeared from the game and neither will elixir stop being over dramatic over something that hasn't happened yet and you don't even know the full details of.
