IMO Pekka 4 should be unlocked at TH9 and I hope they forget to change back the time/cost for wizards. It's been nice with faster time and lower price on them.

Maybe some new defense will come out. The way I see it now, only way to counter level 7 barch now is giant bombs.

They did almost the same thing with boosting barracks, SC might tweak the training time and cost of wizards too

Now as a th 9 I have a reason to upgrade my mortar to lvl 7

as a th9, townhall 10's will be able to barch you easier then you barch th 8's lol. im guess level 7 troops are th 10 only. you done for bro! also your barch will be reuced because everyone will have beast walls now. yo th9 is now doomed
