As far as the "there won't be anymore elixir overnight", are you even trying to use half of your brain ? Are you all 10 y.o ? It will be the same thing as gold. We are 10mil+ playing CoC. There will be elix, there will be inactives, there will be people saving sh.t tons of elixir to get that level 6 WB or wizz.
The game is not the same as before because it got popular, hence the adjustments of the loot %, heroes nerf (because tbh maxed heroes or OP hogs didn't make the game fun, but I'm starting to believe most of you haters like 3 starring 300/300 TH8 in silver after 2 nexts or start crying here if luck is not on your side).. and most of all, SC is a profitable company, but won't force you to gem.
If you're getting to the point this is not fun, hence not a game anymore, then quit. You spend real money on it but guess what it's your responsibility. You should think before spending dollars on an iphone/android game instead of crying when the dev tries to please everyone. The reality is this update is nice for the game because average players will be able to do their walls. Heroes nerf was good because before maxed heroes were invincible.
Think this through and ask yourself if you still like the game, but stop crying on these boards it's pathetic to be honest, let alone the ppl thinking they'll be able to start a strike, stop the update or their threats mean something..
