Hi,

Just my opinion that with current's sneak peeks, as a lava wall farmer, it will make sense to move up a few badge ranks to enjoy the victory loot bonus. M3 maybe. Thoughts please..?

Thats a bit like saying no one spends gold on anything because you use it to next and for defenses, no, walls are always the bottom of the priority list so the same will happen with elixir will 100% see people dumping all their piled elixir into walls but it shouldn't effect whats donated wont in my clan anyway!! Also I found a loop hole to those better armies, use air troops they just fly majestically over the pretty walls 😂

Yes, for some it was on the bottom of the priority list, because they rather spent the gold on something else. Air troops = better and more expensive army.

Are you rather going to cook 10 dragons for clan mates or build some walls? (Rhetorical question. Some still may, most won't imho)

This is how sc repays those people who painstakingly farm gold to max up walls. Make it easier for other clashers to max out their walls easily. Disregard the efforts of long time player to be distinguished based on their effort to put up ubber walls.

Welcome to the normal update rules......
1. Leave long term players slogging upgrading and grinding out walls (add in anything ... X-bows, pekka)
2. Introduce update
3. Disregard long term players and make it easier/cheaper for new players.

Walls are the slog, but when sc just make it easier for lower levels to upgrade makes me laugh... There is no incentive for long term players, every time you max out a defence building or troop, sc come along, add a new level and reduce the cost of the things you spent time and effort developing....

i maxxed my my heroes and 1 month later sc come along and alter their abilities downwards.....
now walls can be thrown up easier by lower levels..... Great, who cares that I have been working for 6 months on grinding them out..... Now we can all throw them up..... Lol

maybe we will see the level 12 wall soon
or the new TH

level 4 troop increase with tesla increase just shows the grind will continue ... Yay

So happy with this news! SC finally noticed the Elixer glut in this game All my loot comes from collector raids so the reduction of elixer in storages won't affect me at all.
As for the people complaining about this... The ratio of gold and elixer upgrades roughly equal. Troop cost and search cost more or less offset each other. Ignoring walls, you will spend roughly 50/50 gold and elixer. Therefore it only makes sense that walls (the only way to spend limitless resources) should use both gold and elixer
If you're complaining about SC making it easier for lower players to catch up with the 'veterans', does this mean you never want the game to change? Must it always stay exactly how it was for you?

This is just my opinion and for context, I am a maxed TH10 on defence with 58 L11 walls, rest L10...maxed troops of course...maxed spells...yada yada...

Walls and heroes as ALL I have left to upgrade (and bombs but I ignore them as I think the upgrade useless...) ALL my gold that is not spend rearming traps or next goes on walls and has done for MANY months - yes, this is very boring...but it is what it is.

With the ability to also use elixir, then outside of war, I will 100% stop using dragons and all my spells as my chosen army when I go off line - so no, I will not have spare lizards to donate...Max is right on that front. I would not expect others to donate many power troops either - outside of DE troops. I have basically been turning my practically useless lix into gold by taking this power army and attacking bases with 300k+ gold (or whatever I could find - normally 200k after 100 skips under these poor loot conditions - different topic!!). When lix is no longer useless to players like me, it will make no sense as a farmer to spend 500k lix to gain 200k gold...so, therein lies the logic behind Max's opinion although I am sure he can articulate this himself

Wait for the other sneak peaks to appear instead of crying already.. Are you all maxed TH10 with 250 zaps ? No. You've got sh.t tons of things to upgrade and build until you can say you got owned by SC. If it is a pride problem, your GG should speak for itself.

As far as the "there won't be anymore elixir overnight", are you even trying to use half of your brain ? Are you all 10 y.o ? It will be the same thing as gold. We are 10mil+ playing CoC. There will be elix, there will be inactives, there will be people saving sh.t tons of elixir to get that level 6 WB or wizz.

The game is not the same as before because it got popular, hence the adjustments of the loot %, heroes nerf (because tbh maxed heroes or OP hogs didn't make the game fun, but I'm starting to believe most of you haters like 3 starring 300/300 TH8 in silver after 2 nexts or start crying here if luck is not on your side).. and most of all, SC is a profitable company, but won't force you to gem.

If you're getting to the point this is not fun, hence not a game anymore, then quit. You spend real money on it but guess what it's your responsibility. You should think before spending dollars on an iphone/android game instead of crying when the dev tries to please everyone. The reality is this update is nice for the game because average players will be able to do their walls. Heroes nerf was good because before maxed heroes were invincible.

Think this through and ask yourself if you still like the game, but stop crying on these boards it's pathetic to be honest, let alone the ppl thinking they'll be able to start a strike, stop the update or their threats mean something..

My thighs are hurting from hitting them when I laugh. Can't believe all the whining because of an update (this and EVERY single previous one). It is normal that an update makes changes. An update that doesn't make changes isn't actually an upgrade now, is it?

I can't believe all the whining. I'm glad I'm not a doomy gloomy person and looks at the positives instead.
