They normally go into maintenance and then work on the update for a few hours...I cant see them starting this process just before their typical working day is coming to an end...tomorrow morning - maybe

All these people not upset with the delay are simply bad at the game. Any good farmer will plan to have full storages for when update comes out. So i have been sitting w maxed pumps, mines, cc, and storages unable to farm anymore or break my shield for the last 4 hours. Do i put a wall down for 4 million then risk not having enough for a new archer tower when it is released in the next hour?

For myself i'm please (in a way) with the delay....) still it is if it comes out today... because usually maintenance are early in the morning (for me) but then... if it is late this afternoon... it means that maybe i'll have the chance to enjoy the GOLD RUSH HOUR!!!! wich could be nice since i can't never experiment it

Yes, any good farmer (your words, not mine) will do the most efficient thing and bang that wall in before they would risk wasting gold.

I just did exactly that and am now grinding back that loot...very slowly!
