Unless SC address the economy with more levels on collectors etc.

Expect troop donations to suffer
Expect clan wars to suffer aka lesser troop quality/cheaper armies/more leeching
Expect longer time next'ing for decent loot
Expect tougher bases to crack with upgraded walls
Expect Elixir storages to be deeper in bases requiring stronger/costly armies to get at

Members who support the update dont expect any of those mentioned above.

They are only expecting to be able to dump their current excess elixir into the walls now. But afterwards when they need elixir for upgrades or to build their troops they will have the shock of their life. Oh, and when they come to town hall 10.

I guess I won't feel safe now if I have high elixir but low gold anymore. On the other hand, there may not be any need to have excess elixir in some situations

The people happy with this update are either:

1.)Low levelled and never took hours to work on walls.

2.)Extremely high levelled and only have walls left to upgrade.

If you do not like the idea of upgrading walls with elixir protest this update by not upgrading walls with elixir.

People still need elixir for troops and spells so i doubt they will dump all of it into walls

I like this update, all those who say there wont be any resources left are wrong. It just balances out the resources, so now you wont just find elixir raids. Keep in mind that people will now save up gold for big upgrades because they wont spend it on walls. This only loot this is taken away is some elixir, but by doing that adding more gold and balanced loot.
