Every third forum post is about how terrible the loot is (Hint: No one wants to spend more on the army and the search than they reap in a win). The league and league bonus is a nice idea, but it doesn't seem well thought out. No one is locked into a league, and there is nothing for finishing at the top of your league, so moving up the ranks means zilch. More importantly, the bonuses for winning a "league" battle, even at high levels, is far far too low to make up for having to spend copious amounts of gold searching forever, and elixir/DE on high-level, high-cost, time-consuming armies. Boost the bonus exponentially, and make being in a league with 100 other players mean something tangible if you really want players to fight for trophies and keep their TH inside. 2. Opt In and Opt Out for Clan Wars (Chosen by Leaders and Co-Leaders): This needs to be addressed immediately. It should have been addressed when Clan Wars came out, and we have been harping on you about it since. Yes, there are ways to choose who goes to war and who doesn't. But no Leader wants to have to constantly boot and re-invite our clan mates. It is a tedious exercise and it eventually causes these booted clan mates to not come back (bad for clan morale), or quit the game completely (bad for clan morale, and bad for Supercell). We want to play and socialize with our friends and clan mates, even if they are casual players, those don't want to war constantly, those that take a break or can't participate in a war, or those that aren't competitively ready. I'm tired of the "Don't worry, I will invite you right back" game. Make this happen... like... now. 3. Matchmaking is bad: Go to the Clan Wars section and scroll through if you don't believe me. Consistent junk matchmaking makes clans not want to war at all. The algorithm needs to be tightened greatly, or you need to rethink your matchmaking system all together. Currently, it seems like the only way to get a fair match is to cancel your searches before the ~10 minute mark and start the war search again. Otherwise your clan is either far more advanced, or far less advanced than the competing clan because your parameters are too wide. This makes for a lopsided, dull war. You have stated that you believe mismatches are preferable to no match or very long searches. I believe the opposite is true. I would bet that the overwhelming majority of clans would rather have no match or wait several hours and get an even match than this mess we have now. Do you notice a theme here? Why are the players constantly having to come up with their own workarounds to these seemingly simple quality of life (or game) issues? If this update had seriously addressed the above issues, along with the Lava Hound (a new troop was desperately needed), the majority of players would be singing your praises. Instead, we are left scratching our heads as to why you decided to waste time on menial issues like upgrading rows of walls at once, and reducing training time on badly designed troops to get players to use them, and you guys are sitting around a conference table, wondering why players don't seem stoked about this long-awaited update.
