when they deleted the poll they probaly had to delete everything from his thread they moved here so they probaly accidentaly deleted everything merged that was moved here

Are you seriously complaining because the update is too GOOD? Jeez people will complain about anything these days

It's been a year since the last troop was added, and for that update the first sneak peek was: "It's now the season of the witch". It had pictures not eyes in a sea of black, and also stats on cost for upgrading dark barracks, research cost for lvl 2, and finally training cost and dps stats. They were very proud of the witch and put it right out front like BAM! Very in your face; to hype up the update. Perhaps they are ashamed of this new troop and want to put off revealing it till the last minute?

Its a gargoyle, It should fly a bit, freeze (like the queens Royal cloak) unfreeze, shoot, fly, solidify (make your turrets find a new target) then fly...

Yeah makes sense. Spend months developing a troop you are ashamed of, go ahead and release it anyway, then build huge anticipation by releasing teases on the forums. Did you think this through?

Perhaps they are just taking a different approach this time. Based on the reaction on social media and the forums....its working.

Ok, I have been doing some hard detective work and I think I have figured out what this new troop will be:

First clue...A new dark barrack lvl has been announced which means new dark troop (It wouldn't make sense for SuperCell to come out with a new lvl without a new troop like they have done with every barrack lvl)

Second clue...The dark barrack is made of lava so the new dark troop must be made with lava. This theory is also backed up by the clue "fiery monster". Also if you look at the picture of the monster, it has lava rock like texture of something in front of its face (which i have figured out what that is....keep reading..)

Third clue..."I smell fireworks" strongly hints to air defenses so that may be what attacks it, meaning its a flying troop.

Third clue...If you look at the new dark barrack, it has a skull on top of it and its not from anything in the game so far so it must be from the new troop. The skull has pointy ears, broad eyebrows, and "knobs" on its head....

Look at the picture of the monster and it has the same eye shape, broad eyebrows, and "knob" on its head... well we can kind of see the nose of the skull on the barracks so whats covering the nose in the picture?...It looks like a wing!

What dark monster could fly, made of rocky lava, and have big ears and folds its wings to cover its face?


My best guess is Gargoyle!!!! but my strong second guess is lava bat even though honestly that doesn't strike fear in the heart of our enemies.

ALSO, both of those creatures "hide in the darkness"

As far as what it does, I think it will be a flying "tank" a troop that you can send it to soak damage just like the golem. Most likely it will attack defenses, which also be hinted in "I smell fireworks".
