Hardly useless. Useless to TH10 but anyone that still has a TH upgrade this is VERY useful.

You may not see the need now, but when you make the next jump and have 50 walls to upgrade, you'll be glad they added this to the game. Upgrade walls after a new TH is the most annoying part of the TH upgrade. I saved enough when I turned TH9 to make all the new walls into level 7.
