Hay Day has become very, very boring with our doing the same thing time after time after time - produce and feed, produce and feed, over and over again with no time to trade and play for fun. It has become a chore and a chore which many formerly avid players I know have decided to abandon.
In the past, with our being able to use the DD language change, at least we had something to which to look forward. There was always the possibility of finding something great in a DD in another language if we couldn't find anything in our own language. We had many more choices. Now the DD has nothing worthwhile, in my opinion. BEM are impossible to find when using a DD in only one language, and having only one version of the DD on a phone is totally useless.
More than half of the avid players on a forum to which I belong have quit the game entirely due to their boredom with the sameness of the game since the town was added which was not a fine addition once the newness wore off and the sameness took over. I would doubt that the upcoming update is going to add back any fun either.
SC can make the previews of the updates sound exciting, but the reality is often far different. Way to go, Supercell, by ruining a fun game which many once enjoyed playing and using to socialize. It has become boring beyond belief.
(I doubt anyone at SC reads these comments, but it makes me feel better to express my opinion.)
