Let's say im in a clan and I attack in the war. Then I leave the clan and join another clan. Do I still get the war loot? Thanks responding

Yes you will get loot, if you get a star.

Yes, you do but until the war ends (War of previous Clan), you can't start another war (War with a new Clan). So, No! you can't do what you have in mind. Lol!
