Clan war on/off Button. (clan wars tearing clans apart)

This is easy as you said. IF AND ONLY IF you have other player. Building a clan is hard. specially if you only want people to recruit only in your country.. this is an alternative yet least effective solution.

None of that is fact, building a clan is easy, you get a bunch of peeps who want to fight, then you fight as often as possible, while getting rid of dead weight and farmers. My solution is best, because it can happen right now without any need to change or add anything, it just needs the non combatants to understand that CoC is a war game.

Regarding your comment "My solution is best" - You can feel yours is best and for you personally it just might be, but the other 80-90% that has voted they feel the other way are also entitled to their opinions too.

Adding the feature will not take away your ability to have it your way how you run your clan. it will just help others that don't want to be forced to the same.

Regarding your comment "it just needs the non combatants to understand that CoC is a war game" - Even though I personally, like you, love war and play it hard, I think we have to respect that COC is whatever the users want it to be. And as long as their is a contingent that likes just farming and doing the social part their wishes need to be respected.

Also, even the most hard core warrior needs to go on vacation, or can have an event that takes them off line, or need to take a little time to focus on school, work, or family, and other such things. This is a way to allow those things that does not involve just kicking the person either temporarily or permanently.

I thought your response was in that "everybody has to just see things my way" category.

3 problems with that suggestion:

1 - my clan typically has 45 players so it's likely that I'd still be a part of it as all 45 (assuming all members eligible at that moment) will be pulled into the war.
2 - even if the last four never got pulled into war there can be more than 4 wanting to opt out.
3 - that trophy range may not be ideal for finding nice targets. Not a big problem if I just need to skip one war, but if I'm busy building my base and would prefer not spending resources on a war it becomes more problematic.

Hmmmm, in that case you might need to look at finding yourself a new clan if your leader is not happy with you missing wars or yourself with being kicked constantly.

I would like this to be added to the game in some respects but I fear its going to be a while before it is.

Do you poop once a day? do your first clan war attack while you poop.

Do you go to sleep every day? do your second attack just before you go to sleep.

It's not hard to get a maximum of 6 minutes worth of CW raids in once every two days.

If you don't want to think, do an all-dragon raid with rage spells, guaranteed 2-stars on any TH8 and most TH9 bases.

As much as it should be considered (Judging from the pubic opinion) Making multiple threads isn't going to help...It's not like they just don't realise that this famous idea is floating around, they're humans, not monkeys.

Anyway, to the idea. Yes, it has been suggested many, many times but it is still a great idea in need of consideration. One person who is out should not have to leave the clan, abandoning all ranks, so the clan does not suffer an inactive.

Suggested before but I'm glad you posted it. Helps reinforce to Supercell how much we need an opt in/out list for war that can be controlled by leader/co.

Yes, suggested many times. But the hope is that if it stays out there with guys continue saying they want it maybe Supercell will take notice.

4-Your spel factory or your dark barracks(assuming you only have one) could be under construction.

And I really can't understand why supercell are not considering to have this feature in the game?

Our clan fell apart becoz only half the members were active and attacking in the wars

I. Introduction\Problem
Well this is a serious matter. I have been in a clan for many months.. then clan wars came we enjoyed it very much.. but when i got busy on my career.. i dont have time to visit my base everyday...
since in clan wars i am automatically joined,
i cant attack and cant help to my clan.. since then our clan had a problem.
They have to kick me everytime they start a war, because they know i cant use my attack. it's a waste.
this situation has been going for few weeks. until i got frustrated and never came back for my old clan. now i dont have any clan. im not inactive i just cant attack in clan war cause of schedule.


II. Idea/Solution
My Suggestion is creating a button. a button which tells if you want to join clan wars or not. it basically appear on the clan castle part. it's either join clan war or not.


III. Conlusion.
Clan war is fun. But it can be lonely sometimes that it can destroy very good clans.
