What trophy range are you in?
I'm th8 in the 1300's and am consistently finding 150/150k's but nothing like the ones you just showed![]()
Lower. I was up at 1300s getting the rest of my DE to go level 4 on my BK. Right after, I dropped down to 1150-1200 just from farming without stars. As soon as I got down, the gold appeared. Have been getting them since. Not first click every time of course, but good right now. Might go away too--who knows. At 1300s, I was right around 125-150, a little lower than normal.
As someone who generally has a lot of resources in storage I would still prefer the old loot calculations, but that wouldn't solve the issue of low loot available that a lot of people are seeing. I have a nice set of screenshots from the 900-1000 range with TH6 where I got over 300k gold - 5 of them, and I could have had lots more in the 200s but I have not been able to get even half of that since the update, even when I searched 120 times just to see what I could find. That is not explainable just by the stated change.
I have seen a lot of people saying that this always happens after an update and that in a week things will be back to normal, but nobody offers any kind of credible reason for this to happen. Perhaps all the inactive accounts have been removed permanently and more people have to quit to make the game fun for the remainder, perhaps supercell takes them out of the rotation for a while after updates to encourage gemming of the new stuff, perhaps there is some quirk of the servers that keeps those villages from being on the viewing rotation for a while after updates, I don't know, but I would love to hear from someone who does.
Supercell claimed the change was to help new players, but it is hurting older higher level bases the most. My suggestion is to make it so less loot can be taken from lower town halls on a scale back up to the old ammount.

I agree. This game is tough enough to find loot nowadays.
Hey guys, as I read this from SC:
✔ The percentage of loot that can be stolen from Gold Storage and Elixir Storage was decreased to make it easier for newer players to save up resources. The maximum possible amount of loot remains the same.
What I see is that SC has only reduced the amount of loot from the STORAGES. They also said that the loot amount remains the same. That means that the collectors must now have more available loot in them.
If the above is true then this whole thread is pointless.
loot from collectors remain the same, the amount in storages needed to reach the cap has increased from 792k to 990k. This means players need to have more in their storages now than before to get the same number. Refer to Dahimi's chart posted earlier if this is still unclear.
