We war twice every other week on Tuesdays and Fridays at 7pm EST and on Wednesdays in the weeks between at the same time. We don't want anyone who rushed their town hall, sorry. Anyone welcome otherwise. There is usually a leader on to accept invites if its during war time. If its not war time its open.
