Why is it so hard to recruit people?

Remember the good old days when you could go on global and recruit and there weren't 10,000 other people recruiting? Remember when norsk used to be good. If you answered yes to these to questions you may be in luck. Me and some friends just started a clan. Lvl 100+ pretty much just a chill clan. Farm push whatever you wanna do we can donate to support. Only have 20ish members and are 1-0 in our wars. Thinking about warring 2x's a week but still pretty open to suggestions. Adults preferred. Clan name is Krazymuthas 2 apply in game or on thread, doesnt matter. Come hang out if you want to. If not thats cool too.

Yeah its hard with millions of other clans :/, but you teamed up with a friend so you should be good. Good to have someone with ya that is just as dedicated for making a clan

Well this isn't exactly a recruitment thread, its more of you talking about how hard it is to make a clan. Go under the looking for a clan sub forum and make a thread there. Include some info about your clan, requirements etc etc. Just look at other rec threads and they will give you an idea of what you need to put. Also you could get a recruitment banner from the creativity sub forum to make your thread pop out more.

If you just quit complaining, and actually did something to interest members. You may not face those problems anymore.
Global is officially the worst way to recruit (Everyone is a 10 y/o there)
Forums, however, is a very good way. The best, in my opinion. I started off by making a professional forum thread, which gained me 20+ members in 2-3 days. That's pretty quick, and I was a completely unknown clan and person.

To gain reliable members, is hard. that's why I kicked quite a lot and stabilized the clan at ~25 members. Of course, I still grow, but slower as I am far more strict about requirements as compared to be before.

It's not hard to earn success when you actually do something...
