i cant use G+

Checked in first thing this morning. Sorry, no news yet other than that they are still working hard to figure out what's up and get it back online as quickly as possible. Wish I had more to tell you. We'll all just have to hang on. Nothing else to do anyway...except catch up on chores that we put aside to play HD.

They're busy working on figuring out the issue. Taking time out to personally reply to threads only prevents them using that time to fix things. Hence, they pass information on to us mods when they can so we can pass that onto you, which I did as I was able to keep you all informed as best as I and SC were able.

They are still looking into why this is and what needs to be done to fix it. In the meantime, Nick just posted these instructions regarding what to do, or rather what NOT to do, while waiting for them to figure this all out:

You said that they are working on it fine but cant they help us who have reported this here by the recovery code method and keep on working with this later on.
I know they are doing this so that no future issues come regarding this.
If they help us with the recovery code method I don't think that it is going to take much time.
Need answer for this !!! (ASAP)

No. A recovery code can only help you if you have a Lost Farm that's been recovered AND you have access to G+ to get into the recovered farm. So....a code won't help because you CAN'T sign into G+ at all. You NEED G+ to sign into your farm. Only once they get this problem fixed will it be known if you still have access to your farm or if you'll need to place a Lost Farm ticket.

Hello friends i have lost my farm...need help to restore...i was in 31st level and i don't know how but one fine day i lost all my progress and i had to start from first level.....now i was in 19th level and i had to factory reset my phone...but i had saved the game on google plus..but now i'm unable to load the farm...The error which i'm getting, i have attached the screenshot of it...plleaaassseeeeeee helppp ((Screenshot_2014-09-10-18-32-37.png

this says, "thankfully the game team quickly noticed the problem...."

weren't they made aware of it when the players noticed the problem after they found they couldn't login to their games via google+ ?

doesn't really matter either way, i'm just trying to pass time until this update gets released.

Looks like this affects everybody on Google+
Everyday passes by, people are not playing game and not watching the ads. Then no $$$ generated.
Wonder why this fix takes so long, and how did it break in the first place?
