Hi,
I've been on today for about 3 hrs.
i keep losing the connection and booting me off yet it doesn't say I have been playing too long, like it does after a while
It lets me in every 5th attempt,?????? I start playing then it crashes??? Nothing wrong at my end....
Now the purchase gems confirmation has just come up saying purchase successful, yet I haven't bought any ??????
i haven t attempted to buy any gems and I certainly haven't put my iTunes passwords in ??????
What's going on Supercell ??????

i really don't know the same problem is happening to me but i am android i have never bought any gems but suddenly they send to my phone your purchase was succeful and it crash all the time i open it for 3 minutes and go to drink water and when i return it say connection was lost they should fix it

It doesnt want you on too long or else it thinks you are keeping the game open so you can't be raided. Just shut it off every so often.

Shut it down half hour, no raids.
got back on for 3 games now booted me out 7 times on the trot ....

I have known other players get a message saying you will be not allowed on for a while to allow your villagers to rest, with playing for along time.
ive been on 2.5 hours.
im 20 trophies away from the gem drop, 1250 trophies, something not right ????

Please tell me you have already done a manual restart on your phone right? If not DO IT​, most of the time this will fix it.

Eh. Nothing really big. I say you restart your device and if that doesn't work then delete and reinstall Clash (considering you have backup)

People have been losing connection for the past few days. It's most likely dos and I have a suspicion it's buffer overrun attacks in conjunction with dos. My farm troops suddenly changed in the barracks from 16 giants, 60 archers to 100 archers and 7 giants. Other subtle changes too but I forget the rest. These troops were in my army camp but imwas in the middle of an attack when I got the reload message.
