CoC Stuck on loading screen HELP!!!

Hi, my name is FLAMEdex and I have been playing Clash of clans for 6 months
and just yesterday when I opened CoC the loading bar would not move.
I thought I should wait a day and maybe it would work again. But it didnt,
when I open the app the bar still doesn't move!!!
So I have tried the following:
Restarting Ipod
Re-installing the app
Quitting the app
Changing DNS
Logging out of facebook then back in again
BUT NONE OF THOSE HAVE WORKED!
Is there anyway I can fix this problem?

Have you tried Holding Power + Home ?

Have you tried Holding Power + Home ?

Only hold power+home until the apple logo appears because if you hold it too long and you let go of power but not home, it'll go into recovery mode or whatever
Yes, I know thats a hard mistake to make, but its possible.
