It has been hard in our clan and we have lost a few. However, I'm not here to complain. I'm here to ask that next time you pass on feedback to the developers please tell them the new update is hurting the social aspect in average clans. We can live with the new shield system and gameplay changes. We are 2 points away from lvl 8 and have been around over 2 years. We war all the time but certainly don't claim to be "elite." We are just an average clan with average players. We are a mixed clan, but mostly th9 and 10. The problem we are having is people only log on to raid then cook new troops then log off. The need to farm with war troops and the fear of a PBT kick keeps people offline and ruins the social aspect of the game. In my opinion, the social aspect is what got most average players hooked. We are not whales when it comes to spending, but we do buy gems and are good customers. However, our teammates are chatting less and less and it is leading to a feeling people are just giving up. I know our guys want to keep playing but without the social interaction I'm afraid they won't.
I know you have been providing feedback to Supercell from your viewers comments. Please pass along our concern about the impact to the social aspect of the game. I would post in general but it would just get buried in all the hate threads. That is why I'm sending this to you in the hopes you will pass it along as a concern from one of your viewers.
