I recently have been sending emails to support, trying to get them to fix the current revenge loophole that goes on in upper champions league. Basically through having their friends revenge them, top players can stay shielded much longer then they are supposed to, and avoid having to attack as much (which is a big advantage considering how awful attacking is up here when you don't see anything to attack for hours at a time).
As well as that I also mentioned a few other things, like why having multiple accounts is against the ToS when everyone does it and Supercell doesn't enforce it.
This is the response I got. Despite my main concern/point being revenge they absolutely ignored it entirely (this is not the first time, this revenge loophole has been known for months and I've emailed support before, only to be ignored or to be told they sent my email in as a suggestion).

Hello Clasher,
Thanks for contacting us and playing Clash of Clans!
It all makes sense of course, but I do not know how u decided that this things are not monitored all the time. All those people using multiple accounts, fraudulent purchases or even different modes are are banned one by one. As you said yourself already millions of people play the game and each day they become more and more. Our support team always monitors any such activities as hard as it might seem to you. Cleaning up such a massive game from all those problematic players is really a big struggle. I can not promise you anything exact at the moment, but as a regular player myself I will take our conversation into consideration.
Have a great day and Clash on!

"All those people using multiple accounts, fraudulent purchases or even different modes are are banned one by one."
Now obviously I can't talk about "different modes" here, and of course supercell should ban people who make fraudulent purchases, but telling me they ban people for using multiple accounts is a straight up lie. Look at chief pat, they promote his youtube on their facebook, they invitied him to their HQ, and they talk regularly with him over skype. All it takes is a quick trip to his youtube and you will see he has multiple accounts. He has his main, his mini, and even a new one he started for a new "Let's Play" series. I could care less how many accounts he has and my purpose isn't to demonize him, but how the hell can support tell me they ban people for this when their biggest youtuber uses multiple accounts. I could even care less if everyone has multiple accounts, my main point was the revenge loophole, but I won't sit still when support tells me an obvious and blatant lie.
This isn't even the first time they've lied to me. When the last update came out (the hero nerfs and pekka lvl 5) most of us high in champion's league noticed all the top players dropping trophies rapidly. They weren't finding any bases at all to attack but always getting hit for 30 or more on defense. Clearly something was changed about matchmaking, would Supercell really expect us to believe all the top players just lost 300-400 trophies each for no reason? But when I emailed them to ask about it, they denied changing absolutely anything about matchmaking. They told me it was exactly like it was before. Clearly this was also a lie. Everyone knows matchmaking was changed to keep the top players average trophies lower. So why did they lie? Why do they continue to lie?
Very angry to have support ignore my main concern and respond to my lesser concerns with straight up lies when they've already lied to me before in previous emails. Note how they said cleaning up such a big game is tough. Maybe they should HIRE MORE STAFF, like everyone has been saying forever! Either Supercell is greedy or lazy, because there is no other excuse.
It would take no time at all to simply implement a cooldown on revenging people who have been on a shield, so why don't you do it supercell? You can't claim ignorance anymore because I've brought it to your attention.
