Regulators:X is a war clan with a long term goal of becoming a world-wide recognized clan that can't be competed with.
Each member's participation is critical and every player has to bring something to the table. For now we are keeping enrollment small for 10-20 man wars. Very strategic. This clan is not for everyone as most people are denied entry. The wars are organized with assigned targets where players are expected to get three stars.
Regulators:X is a war clan for competitive war attackers only. This is a clan governed by adults so there is no drama. We war every 3 days and evaluate all members' performance on a weekly basis. Our feeder clan is Regulators (Numenor98 is the leader of that clan). If you are looking for a very active competitive clan, this may be the right place for you. Check us out.
As I give details of the clan, please do not judge it by anything other than as a war clan. Our objective: Win every single war with close to max-stars. So, we offer a pretty much guaranteed loot. However, in order to do that we have structured our clan in a specific way, on purpose.
So, for those of you that want only max troop donations, this is NOT the clan for you.
If you think a clan is good only if there are Champions in it, this is NOT the clan for you.
Those of you who want to reach the top 200 by pushing senselessly, this is NOT the clan for you.
But for those of you that love war and want a clan where all members work together to ensure war loot for everyone, then yes, this clan is made specifically for you.
What we want:
Any level 60+. Anything silver+ is ok. The ONLY thing we care about, is war performance. We only take those people that have at about as many war stars as their level. For example, from a lvl 100 player, we would expect him to have around 100 war stars or more. From a lvl 60 player, we would require at approximately 60 war stars. MINIMUM! The main thing we will evaluate is how balanced your base is. For example, if you have a TH8 with TH5 walls, you will be rejected.
You need to be able to get 6/6 against targets around your rank in the clan. You must be willing to ignore the recommended target and consult cos on who to attack so we can coordinate.
Clan Rules:
1. Participate in all wars and use both attacks. Clan members can opt out of a war by letting a Co-leader know. We will remove you from the clan and invite you back after the war starts. We do wars every 3 days.
2. Keep the chat room clean, free of drama, arguments and foul language.
3. Only donate what is asked for. During war, state that your request is for war. When not in war ensure your request states just that.
4. Do not "snipe" targets just for their loot during war, each player is expected to attack the highest target they are able to get 2-3 stars on. even if all targets/enemy villages are destroyed you are expected to use both attacks.
5. A player's first attack should be a three star attack. If able, players should try to be on at the start of the war to help get an early lead.
6. Regulators:X clan members need to have 90-100% of their base maxed out before upgrading to the next town hall.
7. Players will coordinate with each other and Co-leaders for target assignments during a war prior to their attack to ensure the most efficient use of attacks.
8. State exactly what you want in your request, otherwise you will get anything.
9. Co-Leader and Elder are not free. You need to be very loyal and a great contributor in war to be elder. Co-Leader is based off many factors and there isn't a hard metric. This clan will not have very many Co-Leaders.
10. Always be in a league. Do not go into the bronze league.
