Requirements: TH9 and above or strong TH8 looking to move to 9 very soon. Must have Wizards upgraded to Level 5.
Rules: Keep donate ratio 1:2. Only donate what is requested. Stay active in war and watch for clan messages for attack strategy.
ELDER can be earned by donates and activeness.
