If you want to check the status of your tickets goto: https://gamesupport.supercell.net/access/help and then enter the email you used when emailing support.
Then check your email, you should have been emailed link to reset your password.
Then to view your tickets press your name at the top left and press "My Activities".

I'm currently using the same Samsung Galaxy S3 that I was using before the firmware crashed. I did a factory reset on the phone, had it up and running again, but I lost all applications stored. After re-installing COC, I was surprised that I don't have my village anymore and it is asking me to start all over again. I did some research, and after updating Google+ app and signed in using my gmail address and linking it with COC - its not populating my old village anymore, it shows the new one. I tried to uninstall/reinstall the game application, unfortunately, its still the same..
Any inputs from you Shiv that can help will be greatly appreciated.

Yes sir, I do have. That is the reason why I'm wondering why my gmail+ account is not synching with my coc account.
