a fairer tournament(no gem ♥♥♥♥♥s allowed!)

you guys know about phantom right? taking the top every Sunday for 1000 gems when clans like Bonbee Canada are spending real money to win the tournament but it's taken by lazy gem ♥♥♥♥♥s? Well a new tournament system would be so much better for the top 10 clans it's like this.
say Bonbee Canada are top n44 secound winterfell third well if u did this every hour of the day a clan in the top 10 receives a number of points depending on there status in the leaderboard like Bonbee get 100 points an hour for being first and if they drop to secound on the secound hour they only gain 90 points when the hour is up so when two hours have gone they have 190 points here would be they points for each position of the leader board:
First 100 points an hour 1000 in the last hour of the tournament
secound 90 points an hour 900 in the last hour of the tournament
third 80 points an hour 800 in the last hour of the tournament
and so on each going down 10 points per hour and 100 points per last hour
and say a player gets 10 trothies that 10 trothies means he earns a point for his clan this will be for every top 50 clan so that everyone gets a shot at taking part in the tournament althoght the tournament still needs trothies the clan with the most points at the end wins the tournament! Simples!

Maybe it's how they make their money on the tournament system making people buy gems but we really could use a new system, Its not fair that only the highest level people can get all the gems their should be a new tournament. Like their should be a tournament for each level like I'm level 36 I would be competing against every one that was level 36 to get the most trophies.

yeah that would be cool to but their still defiantly needs to be the top three tournament and they should also add achievements to clans like win the tournament 10 times in a row then win 5000 gems for the leader and all the elders and top ten in the clan that would be nice for lower level clans like successfull create a clan: get 50 members and win 25 gems? Or get to 10,000 trothies and get 50 gems?

Here is a recent quote from Rauta. When the time comes to work on the tournament, they will either implement a different system, or ask for input at that time. Until then, they are aware it is not working as intended, and it's on their list for the future.

As for the tournament, I think it's pretty clear that it's not working in optimal way. Implementing a better system will take time and resources away from other areas that are being worked on. Currently the focus is on improving the matchmaking system. After that system works well, we will once again evaluate what we'll work on next. Tournaments are pretty valid thing to work on, but I can't make any promises on when we'll work on these.
