If let's say there is a new troop, what do you expect the cost of the barracks to be? Do you think it will be available at TH9?

And yes, I think it will be available for TH9.
2 for TH7 (Minion and Hog)
2 for TH8 (Valk and Golem)
2 for TH9 (Witch and Weird-Balloon-Magnet)
2 for TH10 (???)
2 for TH11 (???)

Witch is 2.75 mil. I have both maxed too but I remember it being around there

currently theres an increase of 500k for each lvl so im predicting 3.25 mil

King= (30, upgrading to 31), Queen- (40)
TH10 as of February 7th 2016.
I am thinking 4 million sounds reasonable.
