Great job quoting a max-sized post, complete with giant pictures. We really appreciate having to scroll all the way through it again to read a fragment of a sentence.




Anyway, beautiful idea.

Looking at the barbarian placeholders gave me a super strong feeling of déjà vu about the beginning of the game, when I marveled at the barbarian's new look at level three...

Despite it being hard to see, I still loved it, and, for a second, I remembered how it felt to deploy troops back then. But it wouldn't be hard to see if this were implemented, and it would make it way more worth it to upgrade your troops. Thank you, BreakingClash. This is a Five Star thread.

Great thread and great idea! Lots of hard work. Hopefully Supercell will take notice and implement this little easter egg. It does add a satisfying bit of polish to a good game that truly deserves it.

Sadly, SC does seem a bit lazy, or rather under staffed to get things done in any kind of timely manor. It is one of their mottos to keep their team smaller, but with a flagship game like COC, I think we as loyal supporters deserve better.

SC has added multitudes of player suggested content but nowhere near enough in my humble opinion, which is in agreement with MANY others on the forums.

I've been spamming suggestions for a wizard hero lately and it seems that we MAY actually see it happen! So hold out hope. They may be at a point where they're actually gonna stay rolling out some worthwhile updates soon.

p.s. where are the war leaderboards? We just broke the 50 win benchmark and I think that is noteworthy enough to garner some freakin recognition.

I dont get the point of this thread, Everyone has tons and tons of suggestions for supercell and everyone wants to see their suggestions ingame, but all you guys are doing is contradicting yourself. The hottest topic right now is the Wizard hero, which everyone wants to see, but you expect supercell to get it done if you keep badgering them with simple visual changes. Troop Placeholders have absolutely 0 effect in the game. I honestly feel bad for the poor guy who wrote the whole thing and edited all those pictures for something as worthless as this. I feel bad for supercell too, they get requests from everyone for visual enhancements and game mechanics and everything under the sun, and everyone expects them to add it into the game, but how the hell are they supposed to do it in one month. Sometimes i wish the COC community would grow a brain and put it to use.

It isn't really one of those huge update that are game-changing but it certainly a nice addition to the game!

Long story short: make the troop place holder icon look like the actual troop lvl's icon
