Guess the main issue is that farming at TH9 really hurts because of the 50% loot penalty against th7, so their main target are TH8 and TH9 only.
Decent TH9 are hard to raid with farming army, so TH8 are their only choices, in which they still have 10% loot penalty.

A nice little message to TH8ers out there like me to fully max out our TH8 before moving to TH9.
Heck, even SC made collectors/mines easier to upgrade already, just do mines too before th9.

i cannot stress enough how right you are. You should really upgrade every single thing before your townhall. Make sure you max out your storages too because it'll probably be the last time you do.

Thank you, I guess. TH9's can barely farm right now, and someone with a name similar to yours offered to have TH8's raid and shield all these other TH9 that are actually farmable by TH9's. Amazing how dull people can be, isn't it?

I'm not saying to make town hall 9 farmable or weaker or give TH 9 any more penalties, I'm saying that with all these defensive updates for TH 9 shouldn't there be an extra bonus for attacking a TH 9?!
