Please restore our level in global and clan chat next to our name

You know, as a follow-on, the lack of levels is particularly annoying when people apply, and I have to click on their base now to confirm their level. We get so many wackos applying, and it's easier to just reject when I see them as below lvl 75...

This just happened, and I even clicked on this wacko's level. Probably should have just rejected without even bothering...

Yes, I'd like to add my 2 cents. I am level 73, and I worked very hard for my level, and purchased a lot of gems. I would really, really, appreciate level being added back into chat. It symbolizes a person, it is more than just a number, it is important to us players. Please restore the levels back into chat. Please, put our level next to the clan league shield or something. Please, I'm begging you.

I just had a thought, which is yet another way of saying the same thing.

Currently, the game allows to restrict new applicants based on trophy levels (1k, 1.5k, 2k, etc, etc) but it does not have a mechanism to restrict applicants based on levels. So, this information on the screen, particularly for new applicants, is very helpful. The trophy limitation is already screened by how you set up your clan settings.

Just saying the same thing, but with a difference nuance.

Yep, three things broke when you removed level indicator, as others have said:

- people applying. We will never accept anyone without level 5 archers regardless of their trophy level. And we would happily accept high level farmers. Now we have to either look at the base, or just reject. Like many here, we've been taking the latter course. This means we're missing out on good players & good players are missing out on a great clan.

- clan chat is now pretty much useless for coc strategy chat. I used to be able to scan it & see if there was anyone around my level on who might want to talk about strategies & techniques... Now I have to go through a (probably futile) song & dance only to find that everyone are noobs... League is no more an indicator of experience than trophy points are... Level is what shows how long we've been around...

- recruiting on global for clans of higher level players was never easy... Now you've made it nigh on impossible... At least before I could see if someone was a decent lvl before quizzing them on their troop levels & qualifications. Also my high level made people want to join me.

Sorry sc, I have no interest in trophy hunting... again... Been there done that... But I'm still playing & still spending money... Make it too hard on me though &... Well, I like the game & love my clan, so I hope it doesn't come to that... Just bring back the level indicator & I'll shut up... For now

Yes, please restore the level info or show it with league badge. League badges makes the chat look visually very restless and has very little value.

I agree totally... Some people will never understand that the majority of players don't care about trophies, and NEVER will....

One of the few rewards in this game was the levels...

Agreed, I am a level 99 and my clan is limited entry by levels not cups. I have had to look at sooooo many bases I'm going cross eyed, please reinstate the lvls.
