We are three original members decided to create this neighbourhood because we didn't like our last neighbourhood (not active or ask for help but never help).
Our conditions are:
1) active people who play daily.
2) help when ever you can.
3) love to chat (in English).
That's all! Easy conditions, right?
Our neighbourhood request level 40 at least but if you chat with me here maybe I will make it lower for you
