    Smh!

    So SUPERCELL disrupt what we are accustomed to and have come to enjoy to give us a badge!?

    1. The league is a good idea but has no real incentive to be regarded as appealing. 2/10. The bonuses just really aren't worth the resources we put in both to build troops, attack and wait again to gain and maintain higher trophy levels, not to mention that high level troops cannot be fully sustained by elixer pumps (Not all players use gems to spawn)

    2. Golem 10/10: Changes the attack strategies of those who are advanced enough to obtain it. Would be very interesting to see how elite players make use of it especially when maxed out.

    Additional wizard tower 10/10: It's commendable that supercell actually looked into defenses more this time around. (Same applies for cc lvl 5 and tesla lvl 7)

    3. ✔ Clan Leader is now able to send messages directly to Clan Members' inboxes 10/10
    ✔ Chat message formatting overhauled 10/10
    ✔ Clan tournament length increased to two weeks, reward doubled 8/10: (regular players could care less because its neither here nor there to them, I am happy however for those top 10 members in those top consistent 3 clans)

    ✔ Troop donation statistics now reset every other week 3/10: where this crazy idea came from nobody knows, management/elders would usually asses their members on a weekly basis and decide the measures needed, now we will have to make notes come each week, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF IT WAS NOT CHANGED AND ANOTHER COLUMN WAS ADDED AS "received"

    ✔ Clan troop donation information is now visible to all players, not just Clan members 10/10: very good improvement, now prospective homes/clans can be analyzed from the outside

    ✔ Usability improvements 10/10

    ✔ The percentage of loot that can be stolen from Gold Storage and Elixir Storage was decreased to make it easier for newer players to save up resources. The maximum possible amount of loot remains the same. 4/10 : the percentages before where just fine when for example a TH lvl 9 attacks a TH lvl 8 they would get less opposed to a TH9 which has the same amount which would warrant a greater percentage, from another point of view the bullying has been reduced.


    Other Balance Tweaks 10/10

    I can't answer that one as I simply don't agree. Maybe it is true that you can't be a top player without gemming, but I personally have two accounts. On one account, I have spent upwards of $250 on gems. On the other, I have spent $0. I've had WAY more fun on my free account, but my approach to the game isn't to be a top player and I feel much less pressure to do so since I have not invested my money. I guess if that is your goal, then it may be unfair, but there is more than one way to play a game.
    Someone said it before, but the reason you enjoy playing your free account is because its easy. Once you reach TH9 it becomes extremely difficult to find resources for the non-gemmers. I really wish SC would fix TH9 looting deficiency. TH9 may be the "best" TH, but it is far far from the best in regards to being able to find resources, especially in the quantities that it requires to upgrade buildings. That is what most of us are asking you guys at SC comment on or hopefully fix, because it gets a bit boring searching for 20 minutes finding nothing but 50k bases and when you do find that 100k+ base you've already spent 100k gold looking for a base...and it defeats the purpose.

    Though, in case I wasn't clear, I meant to say that people may be more prone to upgrade mines/collectors (not that supercell will give us higher levels than level 11). I think this scenario is very likely- I know that I will be more willing to upgrade them to lv 11 now that it only takes 4 days instead of 5.

    I probably get more resources from mines/collectors than storages, anyway, so I don't mind the storage cap.

    Low Loot Bonus

    I agree the loot bonus is too low. Is it just me? I am having a hard time looking for bases with 100K plus resources. It is hard to save up gold and elixir for upgrades now. People might eventually lose interest in playing this game. Just my two cents.

    8. In barracks why does the amount of gems increase to build a less number of troops?? (For example to build 10 archers costs 1 gem.... 18 archers costs 2 gems... What happened to the other two archers??)

    I can go on if need be but i believe some honesty from your part should shed some light ln the business model that supercell follows... Isnt coporate greed awesome steve??? Do you get a kick back from all the gems you sell or does that all stay at the top and not make its way down to you?? Id be upset if i was you buddy...
    If the idiot that is you, knew anything about math you would know the Barbarian King actually gets better every upgrade. If you dont get your BK killed every time you use it, than you can still use it every fight. Say you lose 1000 hp, the lvl 30 BK will heal back that 1000 hp faster than the lvl 15. With the improved strength, its much easier to keep the higher lvl BK alive. Also the DPH (damage per hitpoint) increases as a linear function every level. Now what superawfulcell wants is that a level 30 BK with 4500 hit points should restore this health in 15 minutes. Use your head before trying to sound smart, it will help you in life.

    I am happy you are reading the forum but I have been very disappointed by your response.

    I hope you read this.

    The change in percentage of resources available has ruined this game.

    I have probably spent about $100. I hope you invested it wisely as I am never spending a dime on this game again.

    Oh well. Back to playing games where the devs at least pretend to care about the average player.

    Thanks for the fun while it lasted.

    What's the reason for not awarding the bonus for winning on defense? The bonus is not enough to matter at the moment, but maybe a different and higher loot bonus for defensive wins could entice people to actually defend their town halls.

    Bonuses are too small to change my raiding behavior. Until trophies have some sort of in-game value, they are worthless and players will not focus on them.

    I also don't like how I was "promoted" during the middle of a season. Apparently the only real change is the end-of-match bonus? Everything else seems cosmetic. I guess the player with 1799 cups wins? Seems totally pointless.

    Return the player level badges. Trophy levels are pointless and don't convey information at a quick glance.

    Until raiding becomes ROI positive at higher levels, the masses aren't going to focus on it. You should be happy people are paying you good money to play this game. Either raise the loot significantly or stop trying to force me to waste my resources collecting cups.

    This is the only time I've seriously thought of quitting. I am a level 87 and this update is a bummer.
