I see all these negative posts about the loot bonus, and I too am disappointed, but not in the way you would initially think:

Is the loot bonus low? Yes
Do I have a problem with getting extra Gold/Elixir? No
Do I understand this is in-addition to what I was getting before, therefore it's better than nothing? Yes

My complaint (as minor as it may be), is that the league system got a lot of buzz and was quite hyped up. It's benefit (additional elixir and gold), ended up being lackluster.

It's like being told you're getting a horse and a donkey shows up. Sure you didn't have a donkey before, but you made us think we were getting a horse.

Donkeys are wonderful pets, and the problem with the anemic loot bonuses is that they fail to provide incentive to increase trophy count. There's still no reason for me to fit my town hall into my base.

I made an account today because I am extremely disappointed with this update. I have been playing the game for about 6 months, I have spent a fair amount of money on it, I enjoy the challenge of getting better-unless it is impossible. The new update has made it infinitely more difficult to save up for the expensive upgrades. For the first time in around six months of playing, I want to quit the game. Don't worry guys, if I do, I will move my storages and collectors away from everything else.

Agreed. I think one of the reasons everyone is so upset by leagues is because we all had great hopes for them, but they were so poorly implemented. If everybody knew they were gonna be a bust, I doubt they would be so upset, but because we were let down so badly, everyone is raging.

It might literally need to be ten times as much of a bonus in order to even be considered a good update, much less one of the best

How can it be a great update if the bonus are significantly too low? What else is so exciting?
What chance do you think they will raise the bonus significantly(300% or more)?
