Many players have maxed out walls at th9, whilst there are quite a few who've maxed their heroes also alongside this acheivement.
Nontheless congrats to him & goodluck if he decides to continue with L11 walls.

But idk about 'one of the few players in the world' . .. There are a lot of ppl who have done that tbh, incl heroes. Just not all of them make a thread about it on forum.
Actually quite a few people have maxed out th9 and even th10 without gemming. Especially those who started back in 2012 when the game came out have been sitting on a maxed out base for awhile since they had over two years to do so. My cousin downloaded the game a week after it came out and he's had a maxed out th10 for almost half a year now
