Let's block people from seeing Trophy or Badge level too! Then everyone will be the same, noob or master, or champ. No difference at all.

I am a farmer, and can only afford/countenance 500 gems per week, this keeps me merrily boosting whenever i so choose.
Do i envy heavy gemmers? To an extent, as all ppl do to anyone that has more than them.
Do i laugh when i see an awful attack on me, then check the profile and see that theyve only ever done a few hundred raids despite having max base/heroes? Hell yeah i do.
It doesn't mean that scorn has to be poured upon anyone that gems. Lifestyle choice people, or are you all still for the persecution of different races and orientations?

After all that ranting, i forgot. Hell no! Its a terrible idea. Profile useful. Its rare i even visit when accept/rejecting clan join requests. Profile has pretty much the whole story with less lag.

To the OP, I disagree man, I personally don't have any issues with my stats, because that's exactly what they are, stats. Doesn't mean anything until you strike up a conversation about tactics and attack strategies. That to me makes the player, the one's who are still motivated to help others.

i admit i havent read every post but i havent seen any laughing at the idea, mainly seen people pointing out potential flaws and discussion of gold grab not showing the full story in the case of some of the people who have played since before that achievement was integrated, but i do agree that laughing at the idea is unnecessary even if i dont agree with the idea

If you have a respectable GG why would you hide them? My Friend In Need is sh*t for a level 93 TH9 and I dont care that people can see it Im proud of what I have. This feature wouldnt work because when you hide your achievements people would know you have something to hide therefore either:
A. They think you are a gemmer frightened to be uncovered as a gemmer because you have a near max TH10 and dont even have 2 star on GG
or B. You dont get respected because your hiding stats which could unravel you.
