We founded our clan on 6/6/2014. Our core group of 7 have been playing together for approximately 6 months. We are a US-based clan, but have some international members. We decided to start our own clan because we were tired of clans that were burdened with players that didn't donate and/or didn't participate in war. And we were tired of clan leadership that didn't try to improve the clan or provide guidance to less experienced players.
We are actively looking for mature players who donate well, will participate in clan wars, want to improve and help others improve.
Donations:
Donate before asking for troops
Maintain a positive donation ratio, or at least 300 per season
Don't regularly ask for troops you can't make yourself (except in war)
Only donate what has been requested
Clan Wars:
We go to war twice a week
Follow clan leadership with respect to war strategy
Attack twice during war
Promotions:
Earned through commitment and loyalty to the clan
Minimum of 1 month with the clan
Good donation record
Consistently attack twice during war
