By "wizard army", I'm assuming you mean all wizards. Can't work well, unless you got Lvl5 or Lvl6 wizards taking on TH5 or TH6 bases. They're just gonna get wiped out. Splash defense will kill 'em. Along with that, they're expensive and take too long to train to make it worth it.
If you meant how do you incorporate them into a good army, other people posted some of the *Wi* army types.
