I Lost my village 6 weeks ago and still haven't gotten any help, Please Help!!!!

There was an error in updating clash of clans from the play store... I read some of the reviews and at that time lost of people were having the same problem.So it would not let me update clash of clans. Eventually i got it updated and when i opened up the game it had sated the game a new. I had linked the village to my Facebook account but not y google+ account.
I have worked really long and hard on my village. I have even created my own tiny clan.
My request Number is #4380360
I have linked images of both villages on the request page... and have regularly regularly updated information on the villages.
Both Of my villages belong to the same clan, with the new village being linked to my google+ account. Like i said all the information has been given in my request.
This request was submitted on the 4th of July and it is now the 27th of August.
Could Someone please help me retrieve my Village!!!
