You need to tell us what it is going to do... Will it speed it up by 50%? or what.
Its fully going to slow it down by 50% just because you asked...
What if we cud club/join the builders to reduce the building time...for eg to upgrade air def lvl 4 it takes 4 days for one builder...if we can use 2 builder on the same air def upgrade it wud be done in 2 days or less than that...
