I suggest getting at least all level 7 walls and maxing the wizard towers and air defenses.

The stock advice is to max out all defensive upgrades before moving to the next level.

While there are some that scoff at this... the simple truth is that any thing you dont upgrade STILL must be done some time and if you continue to chase the next TH level you will just get further and further behind.

I recommend you control the urge to go for the cool new stuff in the next level - you will always end up chasing your tail with each level.
