Global 200 is a lot higher, and of course a lot harder. You need a lot of either;

Time
Money
Patience

to be up there.. I would say time and patience are the main resources needed, money not so much. But hey, I wish anyone going for it the best of luck! It can be done, it may be hard, but not impossible

What army composition did you use to get up to Champion?

I currently only have 3 max camps (235) and lv5 CC.

My troop composition was:
28 Loons
45 Minions
5 Archers
6 CC Loons
3 Rage, 1 Lightning, 1 Freeze (often spells aren't necessary)

I seem to use WAY more loons than most people, which does of course limit the amount of raids one can do in a given time, due to the longer training time. I have a friend that uses 20 loons/70 minions + CC loons and is at 3600. You just need to experiment and find what works for you. Ultimately, the fewer loons that you use, the better.
