This post is a great example of someone with no idea about the sticky trying to give thier interpretation of what is ruled out. Total nonsense

These ideas are from the ruled out under sticky.

5.)Other Buildings Related:
*Gem mines/drills
*Wizard Laboratory to create/upgrade wizard projectiles/spells
*Add a second laboratory or a second slot in current lab to do two researches at once
*Queue upgrades/builds
*Troop Armor Building. Research upgrades to troop armors/attack/speed, etc.
*Control over production order: 5 spell slots, don’t combine, allow: 1 light, 1 rage, 1 light, 1 heal, 1 light, etc.
*Swap buildings – drop one on the other, pop-up or double tap to swap if same size
*Ability to turn on all def building radius circles at once to check coverage
*Trap/Explosives hut to upgrade/build bigger ones

6.) His suggestion TECHNICALLY isn't ruled out since a 4x boost for builders is being voted on (supercell making money off gems) but the below are ruled out which reduces build time so it is very similar and why I believed it was ruled out.
Frequently Requested:
*Donating (or trading) resources or gems to (with) other players
*An exchange building to convert between elixir, gold, dark elixir, or gems
*Assign multiple builders to one build/upgrade
*Upgradeable builders’ huts – lvl 2 huts for a 5% time decrease?
*Player search function
*Ability to change village name
*Active/ Live “Online Status” examples: colored icons, on/off indicator, etc.
*Indicate last online date
*Remove the “Report” button/feature from global chat. Abused too often, and mute is better solution

8.)Clan Related:
*Add other clan requirements to apply besides trophies, ex: Specific troop lvl, TH lvl, lab lvl, game lvl
*Customizable clan flag
*Add ability to send short message to rejected applicants similar to when expelling
*A large text area for clan rules that just the clan can see (separate from public clan description)
*Make the public clan description text area larger
*Leader (and co-leaders) ability to delete messages in chat
*Modify clan msg of player joining with who invited player: xx joined clan, invited by xx
*Add clan rank to Clan Info Screen – Quicker to reference than scrolling to end of top 200 list
*Increase clan size: 75 or 100 are most common requests

9.) Like I said, I wasn't sure and needed to recheck. I didn't find anything limiting individual messages within a clan.

I believe that an incorporation of the water feature on the Clash of Clans app is also likely to be out of the question. When Clash of Clans was first released, there was a waterfall on the right-hand side of the map, however, it was swiftly removed due to the fact that it made the game run increasingly slowly - and that was just water flowing down it, nothing too fancy! I fear that anything larger than the waves that we see currently in Clash of Clans would cause the whole game to become lagged. So, in conclusion, water themed troops that were integrated with the water feature on the current map, may also, be but a mere fantasy.

Update ideas: opinionated may not be what you want.

1. Dark elixir spells
like what? Please be more specific
2. More dark barracks troops
like what? Please be more specific. And, they are supposed to be adding some soon....
3. Town hall 11 (which I think might be ruled out?)
not ruled put, but suggested a lot. More specifics?
4. New league past Champions such as "Gods league" or "Lords league"
Suggested a lot and a good idea
5. Half of a max Laboratory which is 8, at level 4 you should be able to research 2 troops at a time.
ruled out due to players progressing too fast... and I think if it is added, it will cost like 750 gems or something
6. Gem boost for builders ( Another idea I think was ruled out)
might have been ruled out, due to players progressing toofast.
7. Lower the cost of walls OR make it so you can spend Elixir maybe at a higher price like at 200k gold, make it so you could spend like 225k or 250k elixir for walls
basic priciple is gold for defense, elix for offense, and gold for misc. things. I do think lowering would work though.
8. For clans maybe a level system set not just a required amount of trophies. like have to be lvl 70+ or possibly town hall cap.

9. Messaging system within clans not talking about being able to send messages to random people [because that would most definitely be abused.] But like player to player within clan "also leaving a message for calling people in enemy clans with clan wars.

10. *Do something with that water on the map!!!!* This one would be great to have like water towers or something along the line of that. I mean it's there so why not put it to good use????
Not needed, and I think that is is just for decoration. Let it be for decoration.

7. Like the idea! However you should stick with walls, will be unfair on others who have already maxed. Also Supercell tried to make a part. Elixir for attack and Gold for defense.

ReconHaze: 1.(Dark spells) A. [SLOW TIME DE spell] in a certain radius- Example basically a freeze spell except slows the shots of any tower and/or CC troops in the area.
B. [Drain spell] In the certain radius any towers within that circle slowly get their life drained but it only drains a little and lasts a certain amount of time *depending on its level so it lowers the defenses and allows them to be destroyed quicker.
2. (Dark troops) A. [Ogre] The Giant of the Dark Elixir troops. B. [Griffin] The Dragon of the Dark Elixir troops C. [Warewolf]- This one is iffy but would be a whole new troop* D. [Knight Riding horse] Interesting concept cost lots
3. (Town Hall 11) things that you'd get along with this new town hall upgrade A. [More Collectors] *including another [Dark Elixir collector], B. [Lab Upgrade] to lvl 9 so you can get higher level troops. C. New [Wizard tower level D. **[WITCH TOWER]** Like a wizard tower but allows like a self small creating clan castle troops with her skeletons. E. [Storages] So you can get the higher level upgrades. or storages level 12

*This one is totally for fun but NEW (WIZARD LEVEL 7) [WOULD LOVE TO SEE A WIZARD DRAGON RIDER] give him a black clothing and what ever level your dragons are is what he rides I think this would be crazy!!!! lol let me know what you think
