New Dark Elixir Troop idea (a rage spell-type healer)

I think that there should be a dark elixir troop that is like a healer. It flies around like a healer, but instead of healing troops, it gives them, like a rage spell effect. This OP troop is easily balanced as the air defenses do a lot of damage to it.

Stats:
Preferred troop to anger: None
Army Space: 20 units

Lv 1:
Hitpoints: 1000
Rage effect radius: 2 tiles
Damage increase : 150%
Speed increase: 24

Lv2:
Hitpoints: 1250
Rage effect radius: 2 tiles
Damage increase: 170%
Speed increase: 26
