Yep, the cc audio clip plays in full when you deploy them (or enemy's base cc is deployed). Even if you leave the match in the middle of it playing it will play until the audio clip is finished. Since you did it during the end-of-match transition, you were able to click multiple times for it (since they were never deployed you still had a "full cc"), which played the audio clip multiple times (once for each click).

I think you should refresh your game. This may have just been an Audi glitch since your playing on PC.
