what do you mean mind bend?

Mind bend means that for 6 seconds, the defenses etc switch to your side. attacking themselves maybe?
Also, is there a cooldown for this mind-bend ability? if so, how long, or is it a one-time ability?

Sorry forgot to mention the cooldown time! It would be 20 sec. for level 1 and 18 for level 2. I will change that.
