It isn't ruled out. But sc most likely wont add it anytime soon. Good idea though
Upgrades already take 2 weeks and things cost 8m. They would need to add new storages and/or scale down the length and price of everything else unless they want things to start taking 3 weeks and cost 10/12 million. Also I'm guessing you are just saying this because you want a new defense that comes with TH11.
