I have a general idea for a couple new dark troops. Could be OP, but maybe not with appropriate stats (housing space would need to be rather large - 50, 75 etc, whatever would be appropriate to make it not OP in the grand scheme - something too large to fit in a clan castle for sure; also set a limit of 1 per army).
I have not included specific creature stats, just their ability - a dark troop that's sole purpose is to attract and even absorb fire from a specific defensive structure.
Example 1: Flame Monster (or similarly structured creature) - When cast, Inferno Towers lock onto the Flame Monster and will not target any other defenses until the Flame Monster has been vanquished. The Flame Monster should have a very low DPS itself, and could either have no gain or a modest gain in HP as it absorbs fire from the Inferno Tower. It could be affected by all other defensive structures normally or with some other modification.
Example 2: Giant Voodoo Doll (or similarly structured creature) - Similar concept to Flame Monster, but would attract and absorb fire from X-Bows. This troop could either be immune to damage or take damage from X-Bows at a reduced rate. Again, until the creature is destroyed, any X-Bows in range of it would attack. Archer towers would not specifically target this creature but damage could be dealt in the same manner (either immune or at a reduced rate)
If I had to generalize stats, here are my ideas: Both creatures should have a relatively low movement speed (12), low to moderate DPS (~50), moderate HP (~400-500). The rest are up for debate.
If similar ideas have been posted elsewhere, I am not trying to steal others' thoughts!
