This encourages targeting and can cause a lot of loot drop. It's unfair for users with hardly any trophies and it's basically almost in a way searching player names which is ruled out. So this idea possibly will be or is ruled out.
The random player search is there for a reason so you will be evenly matched depending on trophies most of the time.
Easily abused. The attack system is like a lottery, pay to win loot
This would ultimately be abused as strong clans find easy targets. And if you get to chose, the other clan would have to be able to accept/decline... Therefor no clan would accept the stronger clan that wants to fight them and a stalemate is the result.
